Inside Sales – Vision Solutions

As an Inside Sales Agent (Vision Solutions), you will fulfill an independent and responsible role within the business line. You operate at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer interaction, acting as a key link in ensuring continuity for both customers and the internal organization.

You will work closely with colleagues across departments such as Sales, Engineering, Operations, and international teams, including the Business Line Manager in the United States.
You serve as the primary point of contact for a growing European customer base and contribute to further developing and professionalizing the European commercial and operational activities together with the team.

You are capable of independently managing the full customer service process from A to Z. You maintain oversight, set priorities, and ensure that customer inquiries, requests, and orders are handled effectively and in a timely manner. You take ownership of progress and proactively coordinate with internal stakeholders when required.

You identify bottlenecks in processes and communication and propose improvements. In addition, you recognize commercial opportunities and ensure they are properly positioned within the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers within Vision Solutions Europe
• Independently manage and execute the full customer service process (A–Z)
• Coordinate and follow up on orders and requests
• Monitor progress, priorities, and deadlines within ongoing processes
• Align with internal stakeholders to deliver appropriate solutions
• Identify process bottlenecks and initiate improvements
• Recognize and escalate commercial opportunities within the organization
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date registration in CRM (Salesforce)

You are an independent and resilient professional who demonstrates ownership and takes responsibility for your work. You understand how to operate within an international and dynamic environment and are able to maintain control, even under pressure or resistance.

You have experience independently managing inside sales and customer service processes and are accustomed to serving multiple stakeholders simultaneously. You easily switch between different levels and know when to take initiative and when to escalate.

You recognize yourself in the following profile:

• HBO working and thinking level, supplemented with relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience in independently managing customer processes and commercial trajectories
• Good command of the English language; German is a plus
• Ability to maintain overview, set priorities, and create structure
• Experience with Exact or Salesforce is a plus
